And now for something totally different...

My wife Bethany and I were up in Canada last month visiting a super cool family she has been friends with for a long time. Bethany loves to shoot families, babies, kids and all that stuff, but I've never really tried it. These kids were so photogenic and fun that I had to take a few shots.
So here is something totally different from the stuff I normally photograph like spiders, bugs, lightning, dogs, etc.... :-)

UnderOATH Photoshoot

Hey everyone! Sorry it's been so long since my last update! Time flys when your having fun! It's been so nice in San Diego and the water is finally warm, so I've been at the beach surfing a lot and just trying to be outdoors as much as possible.
I recently had the opportunity to shoot another band for Risen Magazine called UnderOATH. They're not necessarily my favorite kind of music because I've never been much into the screaming stuff, but they've got some serious talent and they were fun to photograph too. I can only post one shot for now but look for the rest in an upcoming issue of Risen Magazine!

4th of July sailboat

Yesterday Bethany and I went out on a little sailboat trip with some friends for the 4th of July. I mostly just took snapshots, which you can check out on my snapshot blog. I shot a few on the 5d with the fisheye lens... check em out.
