G'day mate!

Sorry I haven't had any time (or internet) to post some of the stuff we've been doing and shooting. We just returned from 2 days on Frasier Island (worlds largest sand island), which was incredible! We rented a ghetto little 4x4 and drove around all over the place. Great fun. Here is a little pic for now-

The van we rented is a 5-speed manual shift and Bethany doesn't really know how to drive one (I gave her lessons... video coming later) but she definitely needs more practice before she heads out on the open road! The one time she was on the open road, she kept stalling at an intersection, so we had to switch seats really quick so the cars behind us stopped honking! Haha. Anyway with all that said, she has had time to work on her photos and write a bit. She started a blog of our adventures and also made a little website which explains where were going, what were doing, etc.

hehe... just checked your itinerary on the other site and realized you guys will be in Thailand at the same time as Nina and I (we're there Feb 6-15) - we just booked out tickets yesterday. Thats one heck of a trip you guys are doing, damn. Were gonna be hitting up Tokyo, Bangkok, Phuket, and Hong Kong on our little adventure.

Hey! Igor beat me to it!

I just saw a few of your pics from Oz. Boy they remind me of our trip last year. You will LOVE Whitehaven Beach! Take a sailing trip if you can. Like Igor said, we just booked our tickets to Thailand/HK/Tokyo. We'll be picking up our Lonely Planet/Frommers books this weekend to do some researching.

Maybe we'll bump into you!

haha, love the little cute car!

(sad... I'm in NY shooting, and my "economy" rental car is a PT Cruiser... made me think of you guys)

I remember my first stick-it took me FOREVER to learn and not stall-my friends used to have me slow down so they could jump out and avoid a stall!!

Sounds like you are having fun! I'm jealous!
