Hi Blaine, Ben is right, it is a house centipede 100%,
the proper name for this insect is Scutigera coleoptrata
all I know is that I would leave the house, contents and all--and never go back! LOL
Correct, house centipede it is. harmless, unless you are a bug its size or smaller.
