the cliché sunset

Went for a nice bike ride on the beach this evening with my wife Bethany... she was more disciplined than me though and she ran. I'm not back into the excercise mode yet after vacation. On my way out I grabbed the camera because there was some really cool looking clouds out. Glad I did!





My disclaimer for the next pic:
Sunsets and flowers are by far the 2 most photographed subjects in the entire world. Everyone knows its cliché to just point your camera at a sunset and click away... but when your riding your bike along the beach and amazing sunset like this one unfolds before your eyes, you don't have a choice. You have to take a picture. I did.

    100% agree... I HATE when people go, oh wow, you're a photographer, I have the COOLEST sunset picture you MUST see... gag

    They might be one of the most photographed things... but that's only because they are the most deserving! It's like a new piece of art every day that will only last a short time... if you don't capture it... then it's gone. The picture might not get too long of a look... but that doesn't mean that it's still not beautiful.
